Ginkgo Katsu opened in the Summer of 2020 with the goal of serving a menu that consists of great tasting food & drinks using quality and flavorful ingredients.

We specialize in katsu marinated and hand-breaded in-house which creates the perfect blend of a crispy and savory mouthfeel in every bite.
